El homicidio a tiros de la influencer de belleza Valeria Márquez durante una transmisión en vivo de TikTok, en Zapopan, México, ha dejado al país indignado. El caso se está investigando como presunto feminicidio, según las autoridades locales. La respuesta de México a las muertes violentas en general es gravemente insuficiente, según grupos de derechos humanos, que dicen que muy pocas investigaciones conducen a enjuiciamientos. La profesora de Derecho Penal y Género, Blanca Ivonne Olvera, de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, conversa con CNN sobre el tema.
